Event Services Australia (ESA) are the industry leaders in providing professional and friendly event staff to a variety of events, festivals and entertainment venues throughout Australia.

ESA's Event Staff are the face of many events and venues and required to provide exceptional customer service in a range of roles including (but not limited to);
  • Gate Staff
  • Ticketing Staff
  • Ushers
  • Customer Service Officers
  • Access/Accreditation Controllers
What we look for in staff:
  • Demonstrated Customer Service experience (essential)
  • Ability to have a dynamic approach to tasks (essential)
  • Amazing time management skills (essential)
  • Outstanding personal presentation (essential)
  • Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the venue/event industry (desirable)
  • Previous experience in ticketing, venue operations or event management is highly advantageous but not necessary.
ESA's recruitment process is completed in 4 easy steps:

Step 1
Create a staff profile at
We do ask for a bit of information here but that is to save your time later in the recruitment path.

Step 2
Attend an ESA Group Interview and Information Session.
These are facilitated by current ESA Event Staff Casual Staff Members and conducted via Zoom as we actively recruit staff from every corner of the country.

Step 3
The boring stuff - complete the onboarding paperwork.
This is all done online and pre-filled in from your profile for your convenience

Step 4
Start working at our awesome events, festivals and venues across Australia!
